BOOK COVER TRAILER DESIGN SERVICE
1 - thebooksvalley.com designs book cover trailers for a fee depending on the package selected by our customer. The payment is for the design of a book cover trailer, provided by us as a high-resolution MP4 file. Then you can use it for your ebook marketing purposes.
2 - In order to design your book cover trailer, we purchase the license for any video or image stock used specifically to design your video.
3- All of our book cover trailers models are pre-designed by thebooksvalley.com and are not custom made. Our designers will be adding in the production of the video, the author book cover and the opening and closing sentences that we request from our clients once the payment is made. Any other kind of modification that the author wishes to suggest can be evaluated by us and if we see it feasible, we will be giving you a personalized quote.
4 - If you use a coupon code/discount code when placing your order, that discount will only apply to items ordered at that time. If you add on items at a later stage, the discount will not apply to those later items ordered.
5 - Discount coupons do not stack. A maximum of 1 coupon is applied per purchase. Coupon discounts apply to the base price of the service, not to any additional items that the customer requires (for example, it does not apply to the extra format add-on for Instagram).
6 - Coupons have an expiration date.
7 - Our team may make changes to the design selected by the author, if they consider it necessary to get a better result in the production of the Book Cover Trailer.
8 - Current promotions and prices may change.
9 - Cancellation/Refund. If you wish to cancel the purchase, we will provide you with a full refund of the fee that was paid, as long as you request the refund from us, on the same day the purchase was made. And only if you have not yet completed the step in which you are asked to select a design style/model to continue with our work.
10 – Contact. All formal communications to and from thebooksvalley.com must be made by email or through the website form at thebooksvalley.com. There are no exceptions.
11 - The terms, conditions, and privacy policies may change over time.
