Elisa is a high school student with all the normal problems of girls her age: family, boys, school. But one day she finds herself catapulted into another era, the Rome of the Borgias, and must learn to survive in a world completely different from hers. While desperately looking for a way back to home, two young men compete for her love: the charming and cruel Caesar Borgia and the honest and loyal Cristiano.
